Rückgabe & Umtausch – einfach und schnell

Wir möchten, dass du mit deinem Einkauf zufrieden bist. Falls etwas nicht passt oder gefällt, bieten wir dir zwei unkomplizierte Optionen:
Rückgabe oder Umtausch – ganz nach deinen Bedürfnissen.

Deine Möglichkeiten:

  • Rückgabe: Erhalte den vollen Kaufbetrag über die ursprünglich genutzte Zahlungsmethode zurück.
  • Umtausch: Wir senden dir kostenfrei die gewünschte Größe oder Variante deines Artikels zu.

So funktioniert’s:

    1. Rücksendepaket vorbereiten
        • Bei Rückgabe: Notiere die Artikel, die du zurückschicken möchtest.
        • Bei Umtausch: Gib die neuen Artikel (inkl. Größe oder Variante) an.
      • Verpacke die Artikel sorgfältig im ungetragenen Originalzustand (Etiketten müssen vorhanden sein).

       

      Versende das Paket an:

        2. Rückversand organisieren
          • Freie Wahl des Paketdienstes (auf eigene Kosten)
          • Rückversand-Etikette anfordern: Gegen eine Gebühr kannst du ein Rücksendeetikett (Post oder DHL-Express) bei uns anfordern.

            Schreib uns dazu eine E-Mail an info@whyat.com mit:
            • Deiner Bestellnummer (ORDER_ _ _ _).
            • Deinem Anliegen (Rückgabe, Umtausch oder Rückversand-Etikette).

           

            3. Rücksendung aus Nicht-EU-Ländern
                Für eine reibungslose Abwicklung aus Ländern wie USA, UK oder CH:
            • Retourniere das Paket mit DHL-Express und gib bei DHL bekannt, dass es sich um eine Retoure handelt.
            • Notiere auf der Rücksendung:
              Returned Goods – Original export from EU. No duties.
              4. Bearbeitung deiner Rücksendung
                • Rückgabe: Nach Wareneingang erstatten wir dir den Kaufbetrag über die gewählte Zahlungsmethode.
                • Umtausch: Dein Wunschartikel wird kostenfrei an dich versendet.

                Bitte beachte: Artikel müssen im ungetragenen Originalzustand zurückgesendet werden. Anprobieren ist natürlich erlaubt!

                Returns & exchanges - quick and easy

                We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, we offer you two uncomplicated options:

                Return or exchange - according to your needs.

                Your options:

                • Return: Get a full refund via the payment method you originally used.
                • Exchange: We will send you the desired size or variant of your item free of charge.

                This is how it works:

                  1. Prepare the return parcel
                      • For returns: Make a note of the items you wish to return.
                      • For exchanges: Indicate the new items (incl. size or variant).
                    • Carefully pack the items in their original unworn condition (labels must be present).

                      2. Organize return shipment
                        • Free choice of parcel service(at your own expense)
                        • Request a return label: For a fee, you can request a return label (post or DHL Express) from us.

                        Please send us an e-mail to info@whyat.com with:

                          • Your order number (ORDER_ _ _ _).
                          • Your request (return, exchange or return label).

                         

                          3. Returns from non-EU countries

                            For smooth processing from countries such as the USA, UK or CH:

                            • Return the parcel with DHL Express and inform DHL that it is a return. 
                            • Make a note on the return:
                              Returned Goods – Original export from EU. No duties.
                              4. Processing your return
                                • Returns: After receipt of the goods, we will refund the purchase amount via the selected payment method.
                                • Exchange: Your desired item will be sent to you free of charge.

                                Please note: Items must be returned in their original unworn condition. Trying on is of course allowed!
