• Umtausch: Du erhältst kostenlos die gewünschte Größe deines Artikels.
• Rückgabe: Wir erstatten dir den vollen Kaufbetrag über die ursprünglich genutzte Zahlungsmethode.
So funktioniert’s
1. Umtausch
• Fülle das Retourenformular aus und lege es ins Paket.
• Gib die gewünschte neue Größe des Artikels an.
• Verpacke den Artikel sorgfältig im ungetragenen Originalzustand.
• Sende das Paket innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt an die unten angegebene Adresse.
Sobald dein Paket bei uns eintrifft, senden wir dir den gewünschten Artikel kostenlos zu.
2. Rückgabe
• Fülle das Retourenformular aus und lege es ins Paket.
• Verpacke den Artikel sorgfältig im ungetragenen Originalzustand.
• Sende das Paket innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt an die unten angegebene Adresse.
Nach Wareneingang erstatten wir dir den Kaufbetrag über die ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmethode.
Wichtig bei Umtausch & Rückgabe aus NICHT-EU-Länder:
Bitte gib beim Versanddienstleister an – oder vermerke gut sichtbar auf dem Paket –, dass es sich um eine Rücksendung handelt:
„Returned Goods – Original export from EU“
So vermeidest du Steuern und Zölle. Falls der Rückversand nicht korrekt erfolgt und dadurch Kosten entstehen, können wir die Sendung nicht annehmen bzw. müssen dich mit den entstandenen Kosten belasten.

Important for exchange & returns from Non-EU Countries
When shipping your return, please inform your courier – or clearly mark the parcel – that it is a return:
“Returned Goods – Original export from EU”
This helps you avoid taxes or customs duties. If this is not indicated correctly and costs are incurred, we may have to reject the parcel or pass the costs on to you.
